Well, I am here and through the first day of rehearsals.
I. Am. In. Deep. Trouble.
This is going to go so quickly, and I don’t know how to handle it yet. Today was a music day and it is impossible. It’s not that the music itself is hard, but we don’t have a proper rehearsal CD to work with…. we are the first ones doing the show with this music. We have the actual tracks we are using when we are in the show. So there is no help. That and there is so much music to learn…. a whole lot.
The people here are great ~ I love my cast-mates so far along with out stage manager and our technical director. I think we have a wonderful group and we get along very well. I just can’t wait until we get on the road, it will be very interesting.
I am going to catch some sleep- the week is going to be crazy busy:
Sun: block first half of show. Mon: block second half of show. Tues: run show. Wed: run show. Thurs: final dress. Fri: producers run. Sat: drive to FL.
Also, I got my luggage this morning.
